Pets – allowed
Cats – 2 allowed, Rent $25.00, Non-Refundable Fee $400.00
Dogs – 2 allowed, Rent $25.00, Non-Refundable Fee $400.00
- Comments: Weight limit is 40lb. max 2 pets per home. A Non-refundable pet fee of $400 must be paid prior to move in. $25.00 monthly pet rent will also be required. No aggressive breeds or mixed with aggressive breeds are allowed. Breed restrictions: Pitbull/Terriers, Staffordshire, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chows, Press Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Boxer, etc. Service animals are welcome.
